This website does not take payment. Sending the form on the Checkout page sends your order request to our team, who then confirm the order with you by phone or WhatsApp.

Every order you send from your device is also listed in your order history on the My Account page, so you can look it up again. That list is stored in your own browser. Keep the confirmation message our team sends you as well.

Our team confirms the arrangement (and any delivery cost) with you directly when they contact you about your order. Delivery prices are not fixed on the website because they depend on your location and the size of your order.
If there is a problem with something you received, contact us first so we can look into it with you. The quickest way is our returns form, where you can write your name, the product(s) and the reason.

Please have your order details (name, product and the date you ordered) ready. We will confirm the options that apply to your item and order before anything is sent back.
Warranty cover depends on the individual product, so it is not published on the website.

All prices on this website are shown in Zambian Kwacha, using the K symbol (currency code ZMW).
You can also view every price in US Dollars (USD). Click the currency selector in the header (or the K button in the mobile header) and choose US Dollar - every price on the page switches to dollars, worked out from a live exchange rate. Choose Kwacha to switch back. If the live rate cannot be reached, prices stay in Kwacha.
Because no payment is taken on the website, the dollar figures are a guide only. Contact us and we will confirm the exact amount for the items you want.
What you send us. When you use our order, checkout, review or contact forms you type in details such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery information and your message. We use those details only to answer you and to process your order or enquiry.
How it reaches us. Orders, contact messages, reviews and newsletter sign-ups are saved in the store's own secure database (hosted by Supabase) and read by the Dynamflow Store team. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
What is stored on your own device. Your cart, your wishlist, your chosen currency and your on-device order list are saved in your own web browser, so the site remembers them next time you visit. Account details you save while signed in are stored in the store's secure database instead, so they follow you to any device. A short bar asks you to accept this the first time you visit. Clearing your browser's site data removes the on-device items.
Sending an order request is a request to buy - it is not a completed sale. Our team confirms every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before it is final.
Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (K) and may change. Product photographs are for illustration; if an item is out of stock, or the details differ from what is shown, we will tell you before you pay anything.
